The installation and integration of Variable Message Signs, Cameras, and Traffic Data Systems along SR #80, 81 & 84 in Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties in Pennsylvania. The components of this system are to be integrated with prior projects on these routes through the use of open architecture. Retrofit of the prior projects will be performed by Midasco.
